Hi all!

Ok i'm back to the blogging now that holidays are here. I'll try to blog more often now, cause it sucks to not be blogging about anime,manga and games. Though i rarely watch anime now.

Let's kick start by talking about a few manga titles.

I don't think this one is new anymore, it came out last year. Published on monthly shounen jump. Drawings are great and storyline is engaging.

Ao no Futsumashi/ Ao no Exorcist/ Blue Exorcist by by Katou Kazue. The story is about a pair of twins Okumura Rin and Yukio. Rin and Yukio are both sons of Satan but only Rin possess the devil's power but not Yukio. Things happen and Rin decided to become an exorcist to kill Satan. A demon turn exorcist? Interesting eh.

Next up: Enigma

Enigma is about a high schooler by the name of Haiba Sumio with a weird ability. He falls asleep and wakes up with predictions of the future in a notebook he call the 'Dream Diary'. He and several others with unique abilities are trapped in Tokyo High School by a creature call Enigma, Shadows roam the school and nobody knows what happens to those who gets captured by the Shadows. Enigma is written and drawn by  Sakaki Kenji.

K-On S2 episode 3

Ritsu announces that she's 'sick' of playing drums because whenever they perform the spotlight isn't on her.Ritsu decides to change instrument, she ended up trying to play Yui's guitar but gave up. The next day she tries out Mugi's keyboard which seemed pretty fun to her as she could make the keyboard 'talk' and Yui would decipher what the keyboard 'said'.

Yui comes up with a whole lot of stupid ideas to help Ritsu solve her problem about not being in the spotlight. Meanwhile Sawako becomes more crazy in her pursuit for beauty after being praise countless of times about her prettiness by her students. Back at home, Ritsu recalls how she first decided to form a band with Mio after watching a drummer from her favourite band "The Who" and then she began to have second thoughts about giving up on the drums. Meanwhile Sawako puts on face cream in attempt to make herself prettied but end up with a mask and glasses the next day to hide a severe allergy.

The next day, Ritsu tells Mio that she isn't going to give up on the drums and everything returns back to normal.Mugi managed to compose a song from all that has happen during the time when Ritsu tries to switch instruments.

K-On S2 episode 2

Yamanaka-sensei asked Ritsu to give back the animal costumes they had use to promote the club as the Drama Club wants it back.They found it in the storeroom but the storeroom is in a mess thanks to all the junk that the club members had bought. Yui found a suitcase containing a guitar that turns out to be Yamanaka-sensei's which she had not be using for a long time now.

Impressed that Yamanaka-sensei used to play the guitar and is part of the K-On club, Azusa asked Yamanaka-sensei to guide her towards better guitar skills. Yui shows Azusa a photo of how Yamanaka looks back when she was in high school but Azusa does not mind. Yamanaka doesn't want to take back the guitar as it's already old and has a musty smell she tells them to pawn in for money to fund the club but Azusa feels that it's a waste. Yamanaka explains that she got it from her dad's friend and she thinks that it deserves an owner that will play it more often.

Mio suggests to buy a cupboard/shelf to help organize things thus they head to the home center.They then head to the music shop who was willing to pay them for the guitar for a total of 500,000 yen. Affected by the huge amount of money they lied to Yamanaka when she ask how much money they got from the guitar.Ritsu lied and said it was only worth 10,000 yen. Yamanaka bought the lie but asks Ritsu for the receipt so that she could put it into the club fund. Ritsu in turns swallowed the piece of paper in one last desperate attempt to not let Yamanaka know.

Yamanaka uses her take-off-specs-death-glare trump card and found out that the guitar costs 500,000 yen. She decides that 10,000 will go to the club fund and the others will be spending money.Yui makes a weird request by asking Yamanaka to slap her in the face with the wad of cash, Yamanaka then tells the club members that she is willing to buy them an item whatever it is with the money.They ended up buying a soft-shelled turtle because Yui claimed that Azusa's likes it when it was really Yui that wanted it.

K-On season 2 episode 1

Season 2 opens with Yui heading to school at a start of a new year. She goes to school early and headed to the Light Music Club room where she practice on her guitar. The other club members are also on their way to school.meeting up with each other on the way. Along their way to their respective classrooms they heard Yui playing at the club room and stop to have a look.

After that the four of them except Azusa headed down to check on their classes. Yui founds out that all five(including Nodoka) of them are in the same class this year much to Mio's relieve after facing a year of being in a different class then Ritsu,Yui and Mugi. 

Miss Yamanaka turned out to be their homeroom teacher.When asked about whether Yamanaka was behind the fact that they were all in the same class,Yamanaka admitted that it was her doing.Although that was abusing her authority as a teacher everyone was grateful for her for doing this.Yamanaka also admits that her other motive was that she couldn't be bothered memorizing the students name.

They then headed to the hall for the opening ceremony,on the way,Yui pick up a fallen sakura flower and put it into her pocket.Meanwhile,Azusa resolved to find club members for the Light Music club.Yui too resolved to find new club members so that Azusa wouldn't be alone when they four of them graduate.The K-On club members than proceeded to hand out fliers that Yui made in animal outfits.

When the fliers were passed out, they all headed back to the club room only to be disappointed as no one came.Mio then had a weird imagination of a ghost of Azusa holding a candle and saying that she's lonely.This thought freaked her out.Ritsu then devised a plan which obviously did not work since it was pretty stupid.

Back in the music room,Nodoka came in to discuss with them about their orientation performance tomorrow.Yui recalled that Azusa joined their club after hearing them play.She hoped that the juniors will join too after the orientation performance tomorrow. Unfortunately,the performance only got the juniors to talk about it but not enough to get them to join.

Another day past and still no one came to sign up.While Ritsu,Mugi and Mio were chatting about how to get members.Yui looks around and realizes something.She realizes that the club doesn't need to change yet staying like this for a while longer is fine.With this the club members decided to take things slowly, but Azusa states that she will be more stricter towards Yui this year.

Sorry if this post is pretty long (about seven paragraphs) because i tried to go as detailed as possible.There won't be any pictures.....at least not till i get myself a new computer as mine restarts when i run too many programs.

It's been a long time since i last blog here.So what's up with the sudden blog post?Well exams is just around the corner(and surprisingly i have tremendous amount of free time which i rarely get before) .Sadly for me my exams falls on two EXTREMELY important date. One is May'N's concert on march 7 and the other is March 9.

Think by now you probably figure out what's the great deal with March 9.So yes, 7 more days to March 9 and surprisingly march 9 is more of an important date to me than May'N's concert and i'm really surprise by this fact.

Darn i'm so excited i can't barely sleep yet alone focus on my studies. I'm so failing this coming tests.

Reality is such a ride.

I'm seriously busy.I'm hardly able to go online. Homework,studies,tuition,tennis and so on they are all draining my time like leeches.I don't even have the time to watch anime or even read mangas so seriously don't expect me to post about anime and manga.

This blog is temporarily dead at least till i find the time.

Winter season.

Winter season still does not interest me yet, DuRaRaRa and So-Ra-No-Wo-To still waiting to see whether it will be interesting.Not watching Nodame Cantabile: Finale. I miss out the first two season.The only think i'm looking forward too is The Disappearance of Suzumiya Haruhi even though the second season was pure disappointment to me and most of Haruhi Suzumiya's fans.

I think i'll blog more about new manga titles then about anime. As the anime titles bound to be release between now till May does not interest me.

Let's get a hold of reality and take it for a ride.

Darn,i'm really burnout.Things are just so hectic in real life.It's like getting butt kick in pure science especially when everyone else in pure science seems to feel like they are stuck in a class of misfits.Bio? fell a sleep cause i just don't understand why she must emphasize on "Introduction of Bio" so much.

Mod maths? That one eye blind teacher is so darn fast in calculating.It's almost unbelievable.

Add maths? The teacher really doesn't cut us some slack. First day of add maths lesson already got homework.

Chemistry? Besides her pronunciation of chemistry which she pronounce as "che-me-tree" i don't have a problem.

Pyshics? Kick my ass.Inertia,momentum,scalar quantity,vector quantity and all the others to come. PFFFT.

I can't see a way to fit in anime in my life except on weekends and Friday nights.Darn.......i'm game deprive,anime deprive,manga deprive and sleep deprive.

K-On second season?

K-On second season has been confirm.So be happy,cause i'm happy.I love K-On but i don't love it that much for it to be one of my top 5 favorite anime.Oh man i seriously can't wait for season two.

Summer Wars

Just watch Summer Wars by MadHouse Studio.Let's see.........i find the movie funny and unique in its own way.It has a lot of genre in it,but they all fit into the movie nicely and nothing feels weird about it.I absolutely love every second of the movie,Summer Wars doesn't try to be overly funny or overly serious when it comes to certain parts of the movie neither do they provide cheap fanservice that most anime this season tends to do.

Soundtrack?I don't really know as i was more focus on the antics and problems that the characters in Summer Wars face.

Still i don't really think that Summer Wars is as great as Studio Ghibli movies but it has its own charm.I would recommend you to watch this and it's definitely not a waste of time.

Sorry for the crappy pictures,it's a phone camera after all and the lighting in the convention centre is kind of dim anyway.I did my best with the editing so don't kill me if the pictures are freaking ass ugly.

Anyway i don't have much to say about CF 09 but heck it was really crowded and hectic.Taking care of my friend's booth was a pain as the space was so limited especially when sharing space with another booth crew behind us.Overall it was a fun experience,Vocaloid and Axis of Powers:Hetalia cosplayers could be seen everywhere.I'm kind of surprise at the sudden drop of KHR characters, throughout day one i only saw an adult Reborn.

Yeah i know most of the pictures i took was MF related, i can't help it,so sue me.Wasn't interested in taking the two Sengoku Basara cosplayers but seeing as how cool they look when posing i decided to take their pictures.Sadly though i didn't see and Persona 4 cosplayers only P3 cosplayers.Didn't manage to get the dude and girl cosplaying as Junpei Iori and Mitsuru Kirijo.

Ah well, that's all of my thoughts about CF.Heck i spend more money on the booster deck cards and Carls Jr. then the CF merchandises.The things they sell this time just didn't seem to interest me much.But i did bought a set of stickers of famous mecha animes and a P3 Gekkoukan High badge from our friendly booth next door.

Why do they have to release the PMR results on Christmas Eve. What the heck!Pfft, i was hoping it would come out on the 28 or something.Speaking about PMR,not looking forward for Form 4 life. Especially in Pure,when start lab reports on Chemistry,Pyshics and Bio sure damn stress.

MF Craze.

Don't ask but ever since the movie came out (actually even WAY before) i've been absolutely crazy over Macross Frontier.I don't know why but i am just so crazy over it.Just cause i can't attend AFA i got a friend of mine to get MF merchandises (official and fan made) in Singapore and i plan to buy more during CF.I just can't stop.

To top it off i'm rewatching Macross Frontier again for god knows how many times.Because i have nothing to do besides viewing Comic Fiesta Forums and besides its better then hearing me ramble about how bored i am at home.

5 days till Comic Fiesta. Don't crap in your pants because you are over excited,kids.

Since the gray space isn't very pretty on this blog,a friend(who offered her help on photoshop) and I got down to making a blog banner(more like she's the one doing it.)

Actually i don't have photoshop installed on the computer neither do i have skills in photoshop,i try to make the most from paint and some other internet applications that can edit pictures and stuffs.Why no photoshop installed on the computer? Firstly this computer can't run many applications as it's about to spoil anyway.Secondly i'm usually busy with other stuffs that i don't play around with the photoshop often(back when i had my own personal computer).

For now my friend is making a MF one,meanwhile i'm opting for something simple but lets just see how good she is at photoshop(which i think she's pretty good at anyway).

No new anime/manga news lately well none that interest me or has something to do with my interest.

Winter

Kidou Senshi Gundam OVA coming out on the 22nd December.Mark it on your calendars.Winter season animes doesn't look interesting at all.Which is pretty bad considering one of my main entertainment comes from anime.

Not planning to watch Seikon no Qwaser, drop the manga of half way to.Doesn't suit my interest.

Nodame Cantabile might be on my list but i have miss out the first and second season.The other movie i'm looking forward to is The Disappearance of Suzumiya Haruhi.

Yes i know the second season was frustrating(note that i read the novel so i did know that to end the time loop all Kyon had to do was say "Let's do homework at my house.")but if you look at things in a different view.Kyoto Animation seem to make us feel like hating Haruhi because of her sudden bitchiness then in the movie she disappears, causing a sort of 'impact' kind of feel to the audiences.But that's juts how i see it, not sure about others.

Full Metal Panic the frustration.

Oh listen to me rant,i just finish rewatching Full Metal Panic the first season last night and honestly i feel frustrated at times.Why? Kaname Chidori's the reason.Mithril soldier,Sagara Sousuke is going through hard times such as losing his comrades to Gauron and here Kaname is complaining around about Sousuke not taking her to a beach.Let's be considerate,the poor guy is having a hard time and she's there sulking(i guess anybody would go emo after losing your comrades again in battle against your one and only enemy).Pretty annoying right?

Well whatever,it's a short rant and it isn't getting me anywhere except wasting my breath or rather my energy.On to Full Metal Panic The Second Raid.The Chinese girl assassins in TSR is a bit unemotional, the hug scene was still a bit O.O for me even though this is the god knows number of times i've watch FMP again.

Random

Ok this post is just a random one,sort of updates kind of post.Well it's sixteen more days till CF which is the only anime/manga convention i ever attend since it's so near my house.

Honestly i just can't find any anime to blog about since i started this somewhere in the middle of autumn season and winter season animes doesn't piqued my interest.Well it's understandable with how the economy is,studios in Japan are just churning out normal quality anime with bad storylines or cheap moe/harem/fan service factor(no offence but it's the truth).

Besides there is this HUGE possibility that i will be force to stop blogging due to studies and all, this blog might just go dead about half a year into 2010.But i'll try my best to keep posting every now and then to keep this blog alive.

May'N and her thoughts about Universal Bunny mini-album and Styles

If you want to read the summarise and translated article head of May'N's blog post head down to Gabriela Robin or if you could read Japanese go to May'N's blog it's actually quite interesting especially about the songs in the Universal Bunny mini-album.

Aenai Toki was written by Sheryl for an ex-boyfriend according to the mini-album booklet which i can't read.But instead she thought of Alto when she sang the song.

Izorado according to Gabriela Robin's website, Kanno call it Yankee Sheryl style which i kind of agree considering the song was like more towards the rock and roll style,it sounds badass to me too in my opinion.

My views on Universal Bunny mini album.

Universal Bunny:-It really seems to fit Sheryl a lot from the song to the lyrics itself.Love it,the song is awesome.

Pink Monsoon:-No comments already heard it and liked it.Fits Sheryl's personality.

Gira Gira Summer:-Honestly,this song seems more like something Ranka would sing.And to my honest opinion this song seems a bit out of character for Sheryl.

Izorado:-Like this song.I can't seem to find a reason why but i just love it.The same goes too Pink Monsoon,Universal Bunny and Obelisk.

Aenai Toki:-Sounds like a love song,probably be used in the movie during a heartbreak heartbeat scene or some other romantic scene(between Sheryl and Alto maybe?)

Eien Ni:-This is and Gira Gira Summer are the only songs in the album that doesn't really appeal to me.But that's just my opinion so don't flame me.

Obelisk:-It sounds like a battle song, has that kind of epic,kick ass feel in it so i'm guessing this will probably be use during a fight scene in the movie.

Tenshi ni Nachatta(universal version):-Tenshi ni Nachatta the normal one sounds weird to me as in it feels really......empty?Yes that's right so the Universal edition has like violins in it making it sounds more 'fuller'.But still like both version.
